Concerns and complaints

If you have a concern about your care, please tell me first — most things are best resolved between us.

You also have the right to contact my licensing board directly at any time, and you don't need my permission or involvement to do so. In Texas that's the Behavioral Health Executive Council; for care provided under another state's license, please reference your signed Informed Consent form for their contact information.
